NARRATIVES FOR CHANGE

Storytelling has been used for thousands of years to shape the futures we want to build. Stories can serve as a space for thought experiments and create room for solutions that might not exist within the constraints of our current reality.  From there, narratives can serve as a bridge and guardrail, especially when the gap between vision and reality is large and requires endurance and a high degree of participation from everyone involved in implementing the vision.

Sonja really brings a structure to storytelling that makes it attainable for anyone to be a storyteller!

Narrative strategy

Narrative strategies use the power of storytelling to shape vision, inspire change, and guide decision-making. By framing complex ideas through compelling narratives, they help create clarity and momentum and inspire transformation. I support both organizations and individuals in applying these strategies to drive change, foster learning, improve communication, and develop coaching approaches rooted in meaning and purpose.

Storytelling workshops

Stories don't exist in isolation and sharing is a central part in shaping collective narratives. I design processes and offer workshops based on a hands-on framework for storytelling that enables anyone to share their story. I also support professionals in understanding the potential of storytelling in the context of organisational transformation and change processes.

Content production

Great content is essential for telling your story but without a clear strategy, it risks getting lost. I advise on both content production and strategic design to ensure your message reaches the right people in the right places. Working with a network of content producers, I have supported entrepreneurs, companies, NGOs, and organizations in crafting and delivering impactful narratives.
